She says that when you&amp;rsquo;re editing someone else&amp;rsquo;s work, you have to focus on the voice that they&amp;rsquo;re creating in their work, instead of your own. Before taking on an editing job, read three to five chapters of the material to determine if you can work with the author&amp;rsquo;s voice to enhance the project.&lt;/div&gt;
