Luckily, he was able to be involved in the writing process so that he could fight for what he believed in and make sure certain themes would remain in the TV series. Eisenberg says his experience with the network and writers was an overall positive one. In the end, the project went into turnaround, meaning the network could no longer create the adaptation most likely due to financial restraints.
