While doing newspaper, radio and television interviews can be intimidating, they are all very effective and necessary ways to create awareness for an author&#39;s work. The key to a good media interview, per author and communications coach Steve Piacente, is to walk in with your own agenda. Don&#39;t let the media outlet have all of the control.
