&lt;p&gt;In this webinar, freelance publicist and communications expert Lindsey Gobel goes over how an author can prepare and deliver a great interview. She discusses the &amp;ldquo;Do&amp;rsquo;s and Don&amp;rsquo;ts&amp;rdquo; of setting up an interview and arranging your media message in advance. In addition, Gobel discusses:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull; The key points for participating in an interview with detailed instructions so that authors will understand what is appropriate during interviews, how to interact with their interviewer, how to make the most of the interview, as well as the importance of using smaller media hits as stepping stones to larger ones.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull; The various types of interviews: phone, in-person, television studio, and radio. She will go over guidelines for each environment, how they differ, and provide quick tips for honing your speaking skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;bull; What is appropriate after the interview has ended, as well as follow-up with the interviewer or outlet.&lt;/p&gt;
