YA author Janette Rallison shares her thoughts on how a Young Adult author can leverage schools when marketing a book. Schools are an incredible advantage in the young adult market. Rallison loves the school visits she gets to go on. “When I was in school, I thought all authors were dead,” says Rallison, so it’s fun for her to be able to interact with people who have never met an author before. It’s rewarding for her to be able to meet her readers, who can be very earnest. Don’t let this market go untapped if you’re writing YA! Listen to the clip below to learn more.
