As a member of The Wright Brothers Band, author W. Timothy Wright already had a loyal following on Facebook when he released his nonfiction book The Valley Boys. This foundation of fans has resulted in many sales for his book, but mostly on a local scale or at his band's performances. Wright's goal is to create awareness for his book on a national scale and ultimately, to have it adapted to film. The Valley Boys shares the true story of a special high school basketball team that came together for an unbelievable and historic season in Indiana in 1958. Wright strongly believes this story will translate well to film and has made many Hollywood connections through his band's experiences over the years that he continues to pursue. He advises other authors to appreciate the small successes along the way and know that the big successes will happen if meant to be.
