As partners in the arts and culture PR firm The Creative Voice and founders of the culture magazine <em>Mackerel</em>, Oei and Nair place a high value on what Singapore has to offer in the cultural scene. Unfortunately, Singaporeans don&#39;t make arts and culture a priority over other forms of entertainment, Nair says. There are plenty of arts and culture events being offered such as theatre, spoken word nights, and festivals - they are just not being attended.
