About the Presenter:

Steve Piacente is the author of two award-winning novels and the recently released Pretender, called by Kirkus Reviews: “Haunting in today’s political environment.” By day, Steve is Director of Training at The Communication Center in Washington, D.C., an associate professor at American University, and the owner of Next Phase Life Coaching with clients in the writing and communications industries. He also recently released Your New Fighting Stance, a self-help book aligned with his coaching practice. Steve began his career as a print journalist more than 30 years ago, serving as Washington correspondent for the newspapers in Charleston, SC and Tampa, FL.
