While author, goal coach, and project catalyst Debra Eckerling began her podcast Guided Goals a few years ago, the project is still in its first season. She had to briefly pause her podcasting efforts in order to complete her most recent book, Your Goal Guide: A Roadmap for Setting, Planning and Achieving Your Goals. But now she is ready to jump back in and introduce her community to experts in fields such as social media and business productivity. If you’re interested in starting a podcast, Eckerling first recommends looking at your schedule and figuring out what is feasible for you. Create a schedule that you can maintain, and remember – any project you work on should be fun, so if you find yourself getting stressed out, take a step back and reevaluate your process and plan.
