&lt;p&gt;CamCat Publishing&amp;nbsp;is a small, independent house that publishes all types of genre fiction. While the editorial staff enjoys reading a wide variety of stories, what they are ultimately looking for is an &amp;quot;unputdownable&amp;quot; book manuscript. This is a manuscript that grabs them as they are reading and won&amp;#39;t let go. If a book hasn&amp;#39;t been properly edited or if the writer needs to work on his or her craft, it immediately shows and typically results in a rejection. Founder Sue Arroyo says she won&amp;#39;t complain if a manuscript entices her to stay up all night reading.
