She writes under only one pseudonym, but has seen other authors use different ones depending on which genre they&rsquo;re writing in. Rourke says this would be a smart move if the author is creating work in vastly different genres, like children&rsquo;s books and erotica. But a writer moving from suspense to horror would probably be better off continuing to use the same name they have been using.
