&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Traditional publishing is a business and publishers release many new books each year with the hopes of driving sales and being profitable. Despite the number of books being pushed out, W Publishing Group Associate Publisher Stephanie Newton realizes how important each book is to the author. For some authors, it could be their one and only book, their life&amp;#39;s mission. That&amp;#39;s why it is so important that each book is both timely and timeless. Newton wants her authors to see sales for years to come.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The key to a book being timely and timeless is in the writing, per Newton. A book that successfully addresses the felt needs of its target audience will always have readers, even when the market changes.
