Agent Rita Rosenkranz shares her perspective on the changing role of literary agents. She says that agents are challenged to stay relevant in the marketplace. Staying educated, current, and open to a change is how she meets new needs and wants from authors and publishers. For example, she looks for ways to give projects new life, such as reselling a previously self-published book. Being an adaptive problem solver is what&amp;#39;s required of a good literary agent.&lt;/div&gt;
