Thank You Tom. I will continue to stay encourage and keep writing no matter what comes my way. I am too inspired to give up on what God's plan is for my life. Congratulation! on your book and when it comes out let me know so, I can support by purchasing it.

Hello All, I have read most of you post and Pray God continue to bless You all to have a great success!
Tom Dykes Sr. - June 21, 2016 at 03:01PM ET

Thank you Cynthia. I encourage you to move forward on writing a book, I have been working on my book for about a year. In my case I did not sit down with pencil and pen the old-fashioned way, or type up my manuscript on the PC. I am a voiceover actor and with my recording studio at home I recorded my manuscript a little bit every day and I found it to be a lot of fun because all I had to do was step up to the mic and talk. I think it's much easier to do your manuscript audio if you have the equipment. In my case again I stepped up to the mic close my eyes and began to talk I found it to be so much easier with the eyes close and you can just remember so much. So it's a good luck to you and please please don't give up the journey, as a famous writer said in his seminar he had a dream one night and GOD spoke to him and told him do not cheat the world and people you know by leaving this earth without leaving behind your legacy.

Hello, I am writing my first book. I am looking to be encourage by other's who have completed their journey.

Hi Cynthia, I wish you all the best for your book. I published my first poetry book and unfortunately I do not have the support around me to really lift the sales up. I managed to get this far by myself and the Lord of course, although I have sold 100 books since January. I feel I can do better as my book was published to share the words of soul to inspire others on this journey of life. My email is if you wish to communicate with me.

Hi All! I am writing here for the first time. A bit nervous, shy and bold all at the same time :) I am looking to publish my first ever book on Inspirational Poetry. I am looking to connect with others to inspire and be inspired. Best wishes to all of you for your beautiful endeavors. Hope to connect in some circles..
Tom Dykes Sr. - June 21, 2016 at 03:06PM ET

Good afternoon; Thank you for your comments, do not be nervous or shy this is my first book I myself didn't know where to begin but I researched listen to other authors and most importantly when speaking to my pastor about writing my pastor said to me why haven't I started. That was inspiration in itself, so I begun to write. I also hope to connect sometime in a circle. Good luck and God bless you.

Hello, I wrote my published book at 17, but I am 18 now and looking for advice on marketing and social presence. I am currently working on the sequel to my spiritual self-help book. It would be interesting to connect with any fellow authors and learn about the "author circles." Good luck with your works!
Maggie Bollis Bollis - May 03, 2016 at 10:22AM ET

Hi name is Maggie and I'm writing and publishing my first book....of course after I write it ...ha ha ha getting squared away to finally do so....atleast I've started. Looking for Author circle can be new like me and we can learn together all the ins and outs of self-publishing together and all the ins and outs of everything , many minds are much greater than one....I truly embrace gracefully teamwork and can prove to be very productive ....been mastering my self-discipline now for about five years and it sounds a lot easier than implementing such discipline in your life but I'm almost there . I'm pretty much self-taught in all I know, and I wouldn't be so quick to shrug me off without any diploma's under my belt....let's just say I learned in the field...ha ha ha and not from books totally....experience is the very best teacher as far as I'm concerned , not exactly the easiest route but the route I chose at a very young age because I simply couldn't conform to a classroom setting ....felt too boxed in. I'm also looking for a strong, confident, and knowing mentor that can take me under their wing .....I need to learn soo much more and open to all aspects of learning and critiquing...but stand solidly on my creativeness. My motto is if you aren't "Open" you're not up for change, breakthroughs or advancement in your life and I'm wide "Open" and dangerously so......Trust me when I say, "I'm a Writer" known this since I was 10-11 years other creative outlet is Art as well....if I heighten anyones interest please e-mail me :
Art Drentlau - April 21, 2016 at 01:04PM ET

Hi! Thank for your time! I am a first time author and I am using Balboa Press. I just got started a few days ago, I just started the Author Learning site today. My name is Art Drentlau and my book is called The First Law of Freedom sub title Responsibility it based on over 30 years of study and will not come from I guilt trip point of view about responsibility but from how our very thought is processed through Universal Law. My first mentor was Wayne Dyer back in 1986. Looking for possible Author’s Circle Partners. I am also an Advisor for the Responsibility Foundation a 501c3 and I will be speaking to groups on this subject you can get an overview of the project on our website Thank you again for your time, I look forward to your response. Thanks Art
Grace Sara - May 23, 2016 at 03:03AM ET

Hi Mr. Drentlau, I read your bio on your project website as well as the story behind the idea of the "statue of responsibility." I think it is an interesting idea. Would you be interested in joining my author circle? I would be glad to join yours as well. I finished my published book at 17, but I am 18 now and I think your view on "responsibility" is a good view for the younger generation to experiment with. Cheers!
Maggie Bollis Bollis - May 03, 2016 at 09:31AM ET

Hello, Art.....uuuuum fascinating ....Wayne Dyer is one of my favorites too....still haven't listened to all his stuff yet ...but have a mental note to do so...hopely sooner than can be difficult with being busy with studying, writing, and my can prove to be a challenge juggling all of it.....I'm a first-time writer of a book too(self-publishing)...but I knew I was a writer in grade know how you just know these things ....I have always seen the world through a writer's eye and what I miss with my words my art picks up't know much about what it entails being part of an Author's circle....this is my first time going this way and totally up for learning anything anyone wants to teach me and of course anything I can possibly enlighten you with as well....please feel free to e-mail me , if you would be interested in me as a possible author's circle partner

Hi, Something wrong with the video contents, cannot play properly. Very distressing, when you listen a bit, it just stopped, and starts, and not flow continuous.
Brenda Lee Compton - March 10, 2016 at 12:27PM ET
