Some argue that an outline limits creativity throughout the writing process. Others, such as author Wayne Hoffman, believe outlining is an important and necessary step for many reasons. Although Wayne recognizes that you can&amp;#39;t plot every scene or page, he believes outlining is important to getting the right pacing in your story.
