Proving that people can do anything that they put their mind to, author Dana Ayers used her running blog and race experiences as the foundation for her platform and book, Confessions of an Unlikely Runner. Having a good understanding of the running community, she identified a gap in resources and support for the casual runner. This gave her topic a niche, which led to the running community widely embracing her story. In her book, Ayers provides an inspirational voice that is relatable to many aspiring runners and to an even broader audience.
