John Becker, great grandson of Irma Rombauer, and Megan Scott are here to launch the &lsquo;Joy of Cooking 2019&rsquo; with the 9th (NINTH!) edition. Quite literally the new generation of the &ldquo;Joy of Cooking&rdquo;, John and Megan describe paying homage to great grandma Irma Romabuer by cooking their way through the &ldquo;Joy of Cooking&rdquo; to ultimately take the book apart (respectfully) and put it back together in an effort to expand the legendary cooking guide with hundreds of new Joy of Cooking recipes.
