For many university students, balancing academics and fun can be challenging. Too much fun doesn't prep students for the real world, author and personal development coach Eric Teh says, but neither does focusing on studies that don't matter. Through his self-help book Life Sucks!, Teh hopes to help students and others take control of their lives and follow their true passions. He emphasizes the importance of continuing education and learning in his practice, and knows that this approach has helped him with his business and as a writer. Teh believes that to live life to its fullest you must continue growing as an individual, and he encourages others to try to learn something new every day. You never know when this knowledge will benefit you in the future, he says.
