&lt;p&gt;Photographing food can present some challenges, as cookbook author Jonathan Bardzik explains. There are certain foods that don&amp;#39;t naturally have a lot of color, texture or dimension. He recommends using a lot of light along with some lighting tricks to make these foods look their best. He also recommends taking a lot of pictures to make sure you are capturing the best angles and that you have a nice, tight shot without too much empty space.&lt;/p&gt;
