This could be something like the type of car someone drives or the type of computer or phone that they own. These products might make them seem cool or hip. Author Elizabeth Knox found herself using character acceleration in her own life and nonfiction work, and discusses how other writers can use this approach in their own writing and storytelling.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
