While professional training and degrees are not necessary to be a writer, it is important for writers to understand their strengths and to capitalize on these. Author and perpetual student Rob Wingerter believes that good writing is a natural extension of either your academia or interests. His lifelong desire to learn and improve the quality of life for other individuals is what has inspired his own writing. As a lawyer, CPA and theological seminary graduate, Wingerter learned he has the ability to encourage and influence people. He took these strengths and applied them to writing books that could make a lasting impression on readers. For Wingerter, it's not the number of readers that matter, it's how much of impact he has made on each reader.
