Translating can be a thankless task, as literary translator and author Roser Caminals-Heath explains, because the process basically involves re-writing your entire book. Larger publishers will often have a resource to execute any translations, but smaller publishers may not. Authors working with independent publishers or who have self-published may have to find their own translation resource, or, tackle the project themselves if capable.
