Join Blue Heron Literary’s Amy Levenson and the Author Learning Center for our first ever live interview event! Over the course of an hour we’ll talk to Amy about her life as a literary agent, what an agent does (and doesn’t do), and much more. Then stick around afterward for a Q&A session where you’ll get the chance to ask Amy any questions you have about the world of traditional publishing.
About the Presenter:
Amy Levenson began her publishing career at the Sheldon Fogelman Agency in New York City, working with books by some of her favorite childhood authors and illustrators. She later returned to her hometown of Seattle, selling books for the packager becker&mayer! that focused on well-known estates and intellectual properties, including Star Wars and the Audrey Hepburn Children's Fund. She now runs her own agency, Blue Heron Literary, placing fiction and nonfiction with major and independent publishers throughout the U.S. and around the world.
Looking forward to this interview. However, will there be a replay available in case one has to miss it at its scheduled time?
