Innovative Marketing - podcast

Marketing novels can sometimes feel harder than marketing nonfiction. Author Cindy Jones describes her approach to generating innovative marketing ideas for fiction books. She tries to use the same creativity and genius involved in writing a book to come up with great marketing ideas. For example, she created a marketing tool that ties into something that her book's protagonist loves: tea. Listen to Jones share her experience and you'll be inspired to find creative marketing ideas for your book.

  • What a great way to market a book!! I've written a short fiction novel also and have only looked into ordinary marketing techniques. Thinking 'out of the box' and putting our creative minds to good use in this manner not only makes marketing a lot more exciting but I could imagine it being a very affective way to advertise and spread word of any book. I look forward to brainstorming some of my own ideas now. Lots of thanks Cindy. :)
