Becoming An Audiobook Narrator - podcast

Joel Fotinos, vice president and publisher at Tarcher-Penguin, explains how he became an audio book narrator. He simply asked for more information about an audio book that was going to be produced and he was offered an audition. He explains that the producer was helpful in the audition, and he was chosen to narrate the book. He discusses how he's learned the process, but it was difficult. Narrating audio books is a different skill related publishing books that he believes is important to the industry.
