How Publisher Epigram Books Stands Out in Singapore’s Literary Market - video

Literature awards can be extremely gratifying to both the author and the publisher. For award-winning book designer and publisher Edmund Wee, awards show that his company and staff are focused on the right things. When Wee founded Epigram Books six years ago he felt other Singaporean publishers were cutting corners to save on cost and were not producing quality books. His goal has always been to not cut corners and to champion Singaporean literature through high quality work. What started as a lean staff has now expanded to thirty employees including editors, designers, marketing and sales. Epigram Books has won the top literature prize every year since they started, proving their extra efforts and attention to detail are being recognized.
