What Does An Agent Do? - video
For most authors the answer to "what does an agent do?" is "sell my book to a publisher." And that is certainly one of an agent's task, but literary agent Jill Marsal tells us about some of the other tasks agents often take on. As she points out, not every book comes to an agent ready to go right out to publishers, and so agents often become book doctors. Once a book is sold, an agent's work may continue into publicity or marketing. She ends with a warning about what to watch for when researching possible agents.

So far so good, I've noticed Phillipa Burgess. I 'am more interested in a book. Not everybody likes computers or has one. Phillipa Moniz Pedestrella was my seventh Grandmother. She was the daughter of the King and Queen of Portugule. Thats the second time I've ever heard the name Phillipa. Great job!
