After a number life altering changes in her life that included a divorce, loss of income and death of her child, Valerie felt hopeless, defeated and powerless to move her life forward. But her healing process became an inspiration to develop tools and strategies that would help others navigate times of trial and trauma. So she decided to write a book to share her experiences and help others.
