Wanting to get her mind off of a frightening situation, award-winning children's author Hayley Rose discovered writing by accident. She put her first manuscript away and didn't get it out again until a happenstance meeting with a publisher ten years later. The publisher reviewed her work and encouraged her to keep writing, and she hasn't looked back since. Initially inspired by the young children in her family, Rose now finds inspiration in anything and everything around her. She loves being a part of children's lives and is passionate about enhancing their learning through the lessons she offers in her books.
