Author and writing coach Lakisha Baker was interested in running Amazon Ads for her nonfiction book but didn’t know how, so she signed up for Brian Cohen’s 5-Day Amazon Ad Challenge, which she found very helpful in getting started. She highly recommends finding a coarse or training program that can guide you – you just have do some research to find the right one for you. It does take time and some trial and error to understand what type of ads will work best for your book. Baker recommends keeping your ad copy succinct with a clear call to action, and studying what keywords work best for your genre. If you find that Amazon Ads are not something you want to tackle on your own, you can always hire someone more knowledgeable to help.
