Combining his years of comedy writing, parenting experience, and web comics, author James Breakwell created his critically acclaimed debut book, Only Dead on the Inside: A Parent's Guide to Surviving the Zombie Apocalypse. A father of four girls, he learned early on in his blogging and social media efforts that people could relate to his brand of parenting humor, resulting in a loyal following that is now over one million strong on Twitter (@XplodingUnicorn). With his second book, Breakwell aimed to write a "more adult" parenting guide, minus the zombies. Based on the premise that less is more when it comes to parenting, Breakwell wrote Bare Minimum Parenting: The Ultimate Guide to Not Quite Ruining Your Child, set to be released November of 2018. His message to parents is that they will be more relaxed, and so will their children, if they let go of the things that don't matter.
