In fact, she stresses that mindset is the most important part of the writing process besides practicing your craft. I have been signed in for the first time less than an hour and I can sense an excitement knowing that what I learn from the teachers at the ALC is going to help catapult me into being a successful writer. The gift of words is bursting within me, in that aspect I experience no lack but I have felt lost in how to pull together my book series idea.
One morning I was talking to the Lord about not knowing what to do but I decided to sit down and look over all that I had and press on with it in spite of not knowing what to do and the phone rang. Normally I ignore unknown numbers because of telemarketers but instinct compelled me to answer and it was Archway publishing returning my call and the young lady helped me sign up for ALC.

Hi,I found this helpful. I use the tasks list in the ALC for setting goals and I break goals down into smaller goals so I nearly always achieve a goal. I have a countdown to publishing date which i have set which i think I can achieve the book first draft by. I have 1/4 of the book written with rough placeholder diagrams.
